IDCMR Virtual Conference 2021

IDCMR presenters are invited to submit abstracts describing original, previously unpublished research work, case reports, and reviews for oral and e-poster presentation in IDCMR Virtual Congress 2021. Deadline for abstract submission is July 1st 2021. There are several awards available for oral and poster competition. If you are interested in joining the competition, make sure to check the competition box on the website while submitting the abstract.

ABSTRACT SUBMISSION GUIDELINES 

1.

First of all, oral /e-poster presenters are requested to register at https://idcmr.fkg.ui.ac.id/registrasi/

2.

The Abstract should not exceed 300 words and be written in English.

3.

The title, author and author’s affiliation are not included in the 300 words limit; Full name of the authors and co-authors are written to be followed by the name of department and institution. Abbreviations should be avoided.

4.

Abstract titles are limited to 20 words or less and should be brief, specific, and informative. In general, you should capitalize the first letter of each word unless it is a preposition or articles.

5.

It is the author’s responsibility to submit a correct abstract. Any errors in spelling, grammar or scientific fact will be reproduced as typed by the author as no editing will be done by the scientific program committee.

6.

Abstracts received after the deadline will not be considered

The abstract should be structured; Research and reviews abstract may contain 1) background, 2) objectives, 3) Methods, 4) results, 5) conclusion, and 6) keywords; Case report abstract may contain 1) background, 2) objectives, 3) Case, 4) Case management, 5) conclusion, and 6) keywords.

E-POSTER GUIDELINES

1.

Posters should include a title, authors, affiliations, email address of the corresponding author, and content of the poster. Please include a small photograph of the presenter at the top right corner of the poster for easy identification by audience.

2.

The poster number will be informed later. Kindly place the poster number on the top left corner of your poster.

3.

AO size poster (841 mmĂ—1189 mm) in a portrait format of PDF is suggested. File should be saved in format: poster number_name.pdf and sent to the committee.

4.

The authors are suggested to make a short video (4 minutes) with file format: poster number_name.mp4 that will be played during the poster session.

5.

The presenters are required to stand by for Q&A session, as scheduled.

6.

Schedule for poster session will be announced later.

SHORT ORAL PRESENTATION GUIDELINES

1.

All presentations will be delivered in a pre-recorded video.

2.

Presentation should include a title, authors, affiliations, email address of the corresponding author, and content of the presentation.

3.

The authors are required to make a short video (7 minutes) with file format: oral presentation number_name.mp4 that will be played during the oral presentation session.

4.

The presenters are required to stand by (3 minutes) for Q&A session, as scheduled.

5.

Schedule for oral presentation session will be announced later.

6.

We strongly advise that you send and test your presentation video beforehand.
